Your 45 shots look pretty soft. Wide open? Did you shim the lens to exact back focus specs? An interesting thought about the 35 is if it has less barrel and more even stretch ratio horizontally for cleaner standard focal length option for landscapes, or need natural panning, or otherwise critical quality needed at the edges – which are full of “character” on the 45

It should be the first of a new series aimed at S35. And as previously stated, the current Remus lenses work very well with a focal reducer. I’ve used mine on the Red Komodo and Fujifilm XH2S with a focal reducer with great success.

I would have loved to have seen a 32mm or 28mm full frame offering… here’s hoping that is Blazar’s NAB surprise.

Couldn’t recommend it enough, posted a video about it on YT for those interested
